Business Essentials Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Business Essentials Program ("the Program") delivered by JB Business Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All materials, content, tools, videos, downloads, workbooks, templates, and other resources provided throughout the Program are the intellectual property of JB Business Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

• 2 The Program content is provided solely for your personal use as a registered Participant. You may not:
• - Reproduce, distribute, or share any part of the Program materials in any format (digital or physical);
• - Sell, license, or use any content from the Program for commercial purposes;
• - Share your login or access with any third party.

2.3 Any unauthorised use of Program materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 We are committed to delivering high‑quality mentorship and business education. However, if you are not satisfied with the Program, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• - A full refund is granted only if less than 25% of the Program content has been completed at the time of the request.
• - If 25–75% of the Program has been completed, a pro‑rata partial refund may be considered, at our discretion.
• - No refunds will be issued if 75% or more of the Program has been completed.
• - All approved refunds incur a 10% administration fee, deducted from the refund amount.
• - To request a refund, submit a written request to admin@jbbusinesssolutions.com, including your name, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

4. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, with jurisdiction in the State of Queensland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

5. Amendments

JB Business Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and communicated to Participants via email.
